The course is designed for all whose profession is education: transferring of knowledge and skills. The interactive form of our training will allow the audience to gain useful information on the differences of individual roles of teachers/trainers, the characteristics of participants and various types of training events. The attendees will practically try to design and develop their own training event, including the analysis, preparation and implementation of a part of the training. The participants will learn about the key trainer competencies and rules of coping with challenging situations at trainings. The course will also deal with the use of evaluation methods and giving proper feedback, which is a necessary part of the trainers' skills.
